Myofascial Release

Every session at Ruff Fitness begins with soft tissue work. The foam roller  breaks up knots in tissue, improves muscle quality, and increases mobility. After just 5 minutes on a foam roller you will feel limber and prepared to perform exercises more effectively.

Dynamic Warm-Up

Focusing on dynamic mobility, Ruff Fitness workouts entail full-body movements where stretches are held for one-two seconds. Dynamic warm-ups produce greater long-term gains in mobility, flexibility, and strength than static stretching or skiping the warm-up altogether.

Metabolic Training

Heart-rate based interval training followed by easy recovery. Ruff Fitness will turbo-charge your fitness level by incorporating short intense periods of cardio, dramatically improving your fitness, torching calories and revving up your metabolism!

Functional Strength

Our bodies are designed to move! At Ruff Fitness we do not isolate muscle groups. We train in terms your body understands: multiple muscles working together as an integrated unit. You’ll save time and get a bigger bang from your workout by training integrated muscle groups.

The camaraderie & support you need from group training sessions. Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. Group training sessions motivate each participant to keep up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. Challenge each other- inspire others and let them inspire you MORNINGS: Mondays-Wednesdays- Fridays 5:30 AM EVENINGS: Mondays-Thursdays 6:30 PM

Ruff Fitness Cycling is not your typical “Spinning Class.” Dave developed, and is the Director of National Strength Professionals Association N.S.P.A Cycling Program. Our classes are taught just as if you were riding outside – we’ll use powerful music to set the terrain and combine proper cadence and resistance to create an incredible workout specific to cycling!

Mondays 5:30 PM          

Join us this summer for our Athlete Training Programs! We will help your child get a jump start on their fitness goals whether its preparing for team try-outs, improving overall performance, or simply looking for a way to keep your child active over the summer. The Ruff Fitness Athlete Training Program is a fun and motivating program to get your child moving and embracing their inner athlete!

High School: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 3:00    Middle School: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 4:00      

Breathe, laugh and grow as you experience yoga in this light-hearted atmosphere.

Wednesdays Prana Flow 6:00- 7:15 PM

Sundays 9 AM

  • Prana Flow: Experience Prana – the universal source of breath, life-energy, and conscious intelligence as it navigates you through this all-levels class.  This class is more athletic in nature with options to assist all levels of students.
