Clients get all the benefits of One-on-One Training, however two people really make training fun! While exercises are still customized around the specific needs of each client, the dynamic of two clients working together with a trainer creates many magical moments!

Myofascial Release

Every session at Ruff Fitness begins with soft tissue work. The foam roller breaks up knots in tissue, improves muscle quality, and increases mobility. After just 5 minutes on a foam roller you will feel limber and prepared to perform exercises more effectively.
